In addition, our EIM software products are all engineered to reflect an integrated yet flexible set of Editions and Versions. Each combination of Edition and Version reflects a specific set of functionalities. This permits clients to select the one that best meets their immediate needs, without overbuying functionality that is not required and probably will not be immediately used. However, a client’s upside is protected in that upgrades to higher level editions is contractually guaranteed for the difference in the licensing costs. Hence, clients may seamlessly grow into their EIM software as their needs and budgets permit.

All Enterprise Incentive Software solutions are delivered on a “turn-key” basis, including implementation, training, documentation and a range of support options. Licenses are quoted on a ‘fixed-price’ basis. Our installed products are all perpetual, and permit unlimited access. This means there are no ‘per-seat’ licensing costs for administrators, participants or the number of incentive compensation plans, proposals or customers expressed in our software. SEAMLESS TRANSITION FROM HOSTED TO INSTALLED VERSIONS OF CATS
There are NO differences in the underlying software application between CATS installed on your servers or hosted on ours. That’s because we have adopted a unique hosting solution within the EIM space taking advantage of the Metaframe family of tools from Citrix to provide ‘thin client’ access to CATS when hosted. This architecture enables us to focus all of our development resources on a single family of applications and avoids the denigration in functionality when trying to manipulate large data sets through a pure web application. The CATS user sees no difference between the two environments from any perspective, including the speed of the interface. It’s another example of our pragmatic approach to problem solving where we put the value and functionality to the client ahead of our egos.
