JOHN A. LAURINO | Chief Executive Officer

John founded Westport Consulting Group in 1988 and the division that has become Enterprise Incentive Software in 2000. Prior to his management consulting experience, he was a product manager at Equitable Life, the chief marketing officer of The Bowery Savings Bank, Hospital Trust National Bank (RI) and several national and worldwide corporate banking divisions and the global investment management group of Citibank/Citicorp. He is acknowledged in the financial service industry as an expert in the development and use of sales and marketing databases, direct and virtual marketing practices, and data warehouse structures. His undergraduate work was at the U.S. Naval Academy and Franklin & Marshall College. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut and attended the Strategic Marketing Program at the Harvard Business School.


RANDOLPH C. LINDEL | Executive Vice President of Marketing

Randy joined Enterprise Incentive Software in 1992 after a 20-year career in the advertising agency and direct marketing businesses. He has been intimately involved in the development of Westport Software Group product development and supervises all of its marketing activities. In the advertising world, he was US Chief Operating Officer of Bates Worldwide, Executive VP of Backer & Spielvogel and also worked at McCann-Erickson and J. Walter Thompson. He has directed the advertising accounts of several major banks, insurance companies and securities firms. His BA is from Harvard University and his graduate work was a combined law-business program at the University of Washington.


LEE APTED | Chief Technology Officer

Lee joins Enterprise Incentive Software as its CTO after serving as president at The Durango Group, a provider of applications and consulting services. He has been affiliated with the software division of the Westport Consulting Group as a Technical Director since 1995. Previously, Lee was also president and founder of Biologic Development Group, a developer of workgroup-centric project management software and several award-winning software tools. He is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and George Mason University, and is an avid mountain biker and skier.

BILL HEEREN | Business and Systems Analyst

Bill joined Enterprise Incentive Software after a thirty year career as a systems manager, business & systems analyst, and developer at leading Fortune 500 companies. He served as Manager of Human Resource Systems at International Nickel and Teleport Communications, AVP for Human Resource Systems at PaineWebber, Manager of Financial Systems at Hartz Mountain, and Section Manager of Global Real Estate Systems at AT&T. Bill has developed numerous in-house system applications, including Human Resource and Salary Administration, Payroll, Pension Administration, Sales Compensation, and Executive Stock Option Management. He has also supported vendor software packages, including G/L, AR, AP, Purchasing, Sales Compensation, and EDI. Bill graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Commerce & Engineering.
