Enterprise Incentive Software provides a “best in class” Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) relational database family of products supporting ‘mission critical’ sales and marketing functions aligning the corporation’s and shareholder’s goals with those of the sales organization. Current clients include a wide cross-section of Fortune 1000 corporations.
EIM began in 1990 as a separate operating arm of Westport Consulting Group’s financial services consulting practice, and spun off as an independent corporation in 2000. The CATS (Compensation Activity Tracking System) itself was first developed in 1994 under the direction of a leading incentive compensation consulting firm who sought a more user-friendly and cost-effective alternative to competing solutions. Since then, our products have been consistently upgraded to utilize new technololgies and serve market needs for a growing body of corporate users.
Based on measurable work group productivity, return on investment (ROI) is immediate, without reliance on ‘soft dollar’ metrics to support outrageous capital expenditures. As such, we offer CATS in three distinct editions and versions with multiple purchase options (site installation, rental or on-demand) to fit any price point. In doing so, we eliminate the fear of over investment, yet offer a seamless upgrade path to accommodate any future needs.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Enterprise Incentive Software operates on four simple principles:
- Our products will solve specific problems in the most cost-effective, straightforward manner for our customers. We will not seek to “bloat” our products with unnecessary features or suite components, which in turn drastically increase cost and maintenance requirements.
- Our products will be provided in a “turnkey” manner. Implementation, documentation, training and initial support will all be included in a simple, yet comprehensive package for a fixed price. No "a la carte" menus are employed to upsell a client or to disguise the real cost of ownership.
- Our products will be continually improved by listening to our user community and taking advantage of advances in operating systems, database tools and the applications with which our programs are integrated.
- Our products will be guaranteed to function as promised.
THE TOWN OF WESTPORT CONNECTICUT
Chartered in 1835, Westport, Connecticut, a coastal town of approximately 25,000 residents, is situated at the intersection of the Saugatuck River and Long Island Sound. Various Native American tribes frequented the area for nearly 6,000 years. After colonists settled here in 1648 and a community of wharves, warehouses, stores and a tavern soon centered on the east side of the river. The Revolutionary War touched the town several times and upon its conclusion, Westport became a significant shipping center.
Today, Westport is considered a suburb of New York City, albeit one that has clearly retained its New England roots. It has become an East Coast hub for important consulting, software, communications and research firms which provide for a stimulating and vibrant work environment by which to both develop and innovate successful software solutions for pressing sales and marketing needs. |
